You may have noticed that some of your social media followers are using a customised version of the Instagram app.
That’s because they’ve chosen to share content with a custom profile that looks like Instagram.
The problem is that this profile, or app, doesn’t do anything to prevent the app from automatically sharing content from your feed with other users.

What is a customisable profile?
Your profile can be customised for various reasons, and you can create one using the Instagram API.
You can then share that customised feed with anyone who has a profile.
To get started, simply create a new Instagram profile.
Once you’ve created your account, you can add the custom profile to your feed.
The first thing you’ll need to do is create an account with Instagram.
Instagram is an app that allows users to upload photos and videos.
It works on phones, tablets and computers.
Once you’ve signed up for an account, it’s a simple matter to upload your photos, videos and videos from your mobile device and upload them to Instagram.
Once uploaded, your profile will appear in the feed on the right hand side of the screen.
If you’re looking to upload a video, you’ll be able to choose whether you want the upload to automatically start at the beginning of your video, or to start at your end of the video.
The choice is yours.
Now that you’ve uploaded your video you can choose whether to include a caption, play or stop at the end of your clip.
If you don’t want your video to automatically play, you might want to adjust the video’s length by selecting ‘Save as’ from the menu.
Your videos will automatically be saved to your profile, so you’ll only have to worry about them if you need to delete them.

How can I use my customised Instagram feed to personalise my feed?
In the past, you could choose to upload any content that you liked, share it with your followers, or use it as a template for other users to share.
This was all very good and all.
However, it didn’t help if you wanted to personalised your feed to your liking.
You could also use your feed as a means to promote other content, but you have to do this with the approval of your friends and family.
You should also keep in mind that if you upload too many posts to your account at once, it could affect other users’ access to the feeds you’re sharing.
This is a problem that cropped up during the Facebook privacy debate, when it was suggested that you should share the content you like with your friends.
However the argument against this idea was that you would share the same content with others that you know won’t like it.
Instead, we recommend you only share your content with people you know you’ll enjoy, and only if they agree.
So if you want your content to be shared with people who don’t like the content, and who won’t share it anyway, you should only use it if they have a profile in place to approve content from you.

Image sharing is where you share content that is taken from a photo or video.
Custom post sharing is when you share a post that is edited to your specifications, but still uses the original photo or photo and video.
